It’s not always quotes that have the biggest impact. Often times it’s a new concept or a series of steps which can’t be condensed into a neat little sound bite. But the two quotes from the Summit that impacted me most were #3 – A leaders most valuable asset is not their time but their energy & ability to energize others (Bill Hybels), and #18 If you delegate tasks, you create followers. If you delegate authority, you create leaders (Craig Groeschel).
Which quotes from this year’s Summit impacted you most? Any not on this list?
