		<description>I found Wendy&#039;s interview to be very inspiring.  The two biggest take-aways for me were:

1) It’s easy to be a leader if you’re pursuing something you deeply believe in.

2) Never be afraid or apologize for asking people to give of their time and money for a great cause.  You are giving them the opportunity to use their time and money in a way that is more meaningful than they currently are.</description>
